Delivery & Returns Information
Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form. We can deliver to an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
Our chosen courier is ParcelForce and we ship with a 48 hour service unless otherwise stated. Delivery to UK Mainland is a subsidised flat rate of £3.99.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of over £50, UK mainland only.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate, if there is likely to be a delay we will always get in touch as soon as we know there is a problem and keep you informed with your orders progress. If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
If you are not happy with your order you can return any item within 14 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. All we ask is that you send the item back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging. If we have made a mistake, we will also refund the return delivery charges.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
